Construction Project Coordinator

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Al-Rayyan. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and be able to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives
• Review project plans, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor construction quality control to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction management or coordination
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Egyptian candidates. Fluency in English is required. Prior experience is not required for this position.

$1200 USD per month (tax-free)
