Construction Project Supervisor - Al-Rayyan

As a Construction Project Supervisor for our company in Al-Rayyan Qatar you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects This includes coordinating with architects engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards You will also be responsible for managing project schedules ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations and resolving any issues that may arise during construction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nepali professional with a biometric passport to join our team While English language skills are not required for this position proficiency in Nepali is preferred Previous experience in construction management is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month

Please note that accommodation will not be provided by the company As such we are looking for someone who already has accommodation in Al-Rayyan or is willing to secure their own housing

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
