Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects including budgeting scheduling resource allocation and quality control
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates changes and any concerns that may arise
• Hire train and manage construction staff as needed

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Construction Manager
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Experience working on large-scale projects with varying budgets
• Strong communication skills in English Malayalee preferred
• Must be able to work without accommodation
