Junior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a construction company we specialize in providing high-quality services to our clients We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Assist in the planning organizing and managing of construction projects from start to finish
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and vendors to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time
• Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients team members and other stakeholders
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and materials
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Must have a valid visa for working in Qatar

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company
