Project Director

Project Director in Qatar. Our client, Danem Engineering Works W.L.L, is seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic and operational leadership for major projects.

• Direct end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Establish project objectives, execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and performance targets.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, resources, quality, and contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality, safety, engineering, and contractual requirements.
• Identify major project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Provide senior management with regular reports on project performance, milestones, risks, costs, and delivery status.

• Project Management:
  Ability to direct complex projects from planning through completion.
• Mechanical Engineering:
  Strong technical foundation suitable for senior project leadership.
• Project Execution:
  Experience overseeing multidisciplinary project delivery and milestones.
• Cost & Schedule Control:
  Ability to monitor budgets, resources, schedules, and project performance.
• Contract & Stakeholder Management:
  Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• EPC/project delivery exposure.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams.
