Job Title:

Construction Manager (Malayalees and Egyptians preferred) - Contract Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Rayyan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion.

• Plan, organize and direct the construction process from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources effectively
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferred
• Own visa is required
