Senior Construction Manager (Egyptian)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

• Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time
• Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
• Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
• Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and schedule for senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
