Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. As this position requires managing a team, excellent leadership and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers as needed
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation such as permits and licenses

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1300$ per month
