Wedding planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Wedding Planner - Indian/Malayalee (English Speaking). We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. We welcome applications from Indian or Malayalee individuals who are fluent in English and have a passion for event planning.

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our clients' special day, from initial consultations to the execution of the event. Your role will involve understanding the preferences and budget of each client, and using your expertise and creativity to plan a memorable wedding that exceeds their expectations.

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision, requirements and budget for their wedding
• Provide professional advice and guidance on venue options, décor, catering, entertainment, and other details to ensure a seamless event
• Create detailed event timelines and manage all vendors involved in the wedding
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best services at competitive prices
• Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodations, guest lists, seating arrangements, etc.
• Manage budget allocations and provide regular updates to clients on expenses
• Assist with any last-minute changes or issues that may arise on the day of the wedding

• Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator is preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with a passion for event planning
• Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Qatar is an asset
• Open to Indian or Malayalee candidates
