Wedding Planner Assistant – Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a motivated and organized Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an assistant to our experienced wedding planners, you will help plan and execute weddings for our clients. This is a part-time opportunity suitable for Egyptian individuals studying in Qatar.

• Assist senior wedding planners in organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, and transportation
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
• Help create detailed timelines and schedules for each event
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive prices and high-quality services
• Attend wedding rehearsals and assist with set-up on the day of the event
• Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking and contract management
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

• Egyptian nationality with valid residency permit in Qatar preferred
• No English language skills required; ability to speak Arabic is a must
• Prior experience in event planning or customer service is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
