We are seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall visual style and direction of our projects, ensuring that they align with the client's brand and vision.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each project
• Develop concepts and create visual designs that effectively communicate the desired message
• Lead a team of designers and artists to bring concepts to life
• Review and provide feedback on all design work to ensure quality and consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds

1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
