Job Title:

Wedding Planner

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with a passion for planning and executing weddings. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a couple's special day, from venue selection and vendor management to creating timelines and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Source and secure venues, vendors, and services according to clients' preferences
• Create detailed event timelines and manage all logistics leading up to the wedding day
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Provide guidance and recommendations for all wedding-related decisions
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and any changes
• Oversee setup and breakdown of the event space on the wedding day
• Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
• Ensure that all aspects of the wedding run smoothly and according to plan
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process

• Previous experience in event planning or related field preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected challenges calmly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software/tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
