Part-Time Art Director for Women's Events in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team and help plan and execute women-focused events in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility for those who require their own visa.

• Collaborate with event planners to develop concepts and themes for women's events
• Design promotional materials such as flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email newsletters
• Oversee the production of all design elements, including print materials and branded merchandise
• Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look throughout all event materials
• Manage a team of designers to delegate tasks and provide guidance on design projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into event designs

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in the events industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to team members and clients
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques

• Experience working with women-focused events or brands
• Familiarity with Arabic language or culture is a plus
