Overview
Seasonal Concierge (Pakistani Nationality)
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests during their stay in Al-Rayyan.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Make reservations for local activities and restaurants.
- Provide recommendations for attractions in the area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Maintain excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage.
- This is a temporary seasonal position with no accommodation provided.
- Salary: 1000$ per month.
