Overview
Concierge Assistant — Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team. You will provide exceptional service to guests and clients, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities- Assist with arranging transportation and making reservations.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions and activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- This is a seasonal job opportunity open to Egyptian nationals with English fluency.
- Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the duration of the contract.
