Part-time Concierge for Indian Expats in Al-Rayyan

We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to assist with the needs of our Indian expat community in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately

Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in person, via phone, or email

Coordinate transportation for residents as needed

Make reservations for dining, events, and other activities as requested by residents

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area

Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

Requirements:

Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan or nearby areas

Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not required
