Job Overview
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Canadian guests on board our luxury cruise ships. You will assist with booking reservations, answering inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the voyage. You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and French. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month and the opportunity to travel to exciting destinations in Al-Rayyan and around the world. Canadian citizenship is preferred for this role.
