Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your main duties will include addressing guest inquiries and concerns, processing bookings and reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience onboard.
