Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals)
We are a prestigious hotel in Al-Rayyan seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

• Indian nationality preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in using hotel reservation software
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
