We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor
