We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concierge in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and surrounding areas
• Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, events, or transportation services
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on any complaints or concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods of time
