Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the Malayalee community. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with bookings and reservations.
You must be fluent in Malayalam and have a strong understanding of the culture and customs of the Malayalee community. A background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
