Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to cruise line guests Your primary role will be to assist guests with inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner You will also be responsible for handling reservations processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their cruise experience To excel in this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You should be able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and maintain a positive attitude at all times Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

• - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• - Process reservations and payments accurately
• - Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• - Provide information on cruise itineraries onboard activities and other relevant information to guests
• - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• - Handle any emergency situations according to company policies and procedures
• - Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures as needed

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Previous customer service experience preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to remain calm under pressure
• - Proficient in English additional language skills are an asset
• - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Salary $1400 per month negotiable based on experience
