Indian Concierge in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This full-time position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and activities
• Make reservations for guests for dining, transportation, and other services
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Keep records of guest requests, complaints, and services provided

• Must be an Indian national or have proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
