We are a prestigious hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and organizational skills and be able to provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all information is accurate and entered into the system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room changes as necessary
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest requests or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of hotel procedures, policies, and systems (such as Opera)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office) with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Customer service oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, etc.
