As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on board our luxury cruise ships. Your main duties will include answering inquiries and resolving issues related to bookings, onboard activities, and amenities. You will also handle complaints and ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Salary for this role is $900 per month and the location is Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
