Part-time Concierge Indian Expats in Al-Rayyan

We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to assist with the needs of our Indian expat community in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our residents.

• Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in person, via phone, or email
• Coordinate transportation for residents as needed
• Make reservations for dining, events, and other activities as requested by residents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

• Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan or nearby areas
• Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not required

Salary: $900 per month (part-time)
