Head of Completion

Overview

Head of Completion & Handover is responsible for the safe and certified transfer of systems from Construction to Commissioning, and from Commissioning to Start-up and OES. Ensure that all tasks are complete, workable, as per project and design specification following Commissioning sequence and priorities. Providing leadership, push-pull engagement between EPC CTR and CPY to successfully deliver within project timelines.

• Rotations: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off unpaid
• Duration of contract: 36 months

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 10 years' of Commissioning and/or Maintenance positions within Oil & Gas and LNG Plants including 2 years experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractor/service/vendor personnel.
• Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-discipline teams, EPC Contractors and working closely with operations and end-users.
• Familiar and conversant with systemization, system completion database, PCC procedures, including SIMOPS
• Multi-discipline Technical background in the oil & gas industry.
• Good comprehension of Construction, Commissioning, Start-up & Operation specificities.
• Good teamwork and facilitation skills.
• Good analytical, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Risk management experience.
