Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis RO systems ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of RO equipment including pumps, membranes and control systems. Monitor and analyze water quality parameters e.g. pH, conductivity, TDS to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential issues. Manage and optimize chemical dosing for pre-treatment and post-treatment processes adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
QualificationsPossesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Holds relevant certifications such as a Water Treatment Operator certification or equivalent. Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in the water treatment industry, specifically with Reverse Osmosis systems. Exhibits a strong understanding of RO system design, operation, and maintenance principles.
