Position: Required Tendering & Contracts Specialist

Summary:

The Tendering & Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring successful bid submissions and effective contract management for offshore and engineering projects. This position is essential to the company’s growth and operational success, requiring a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex tender processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver compliant, high-quality proposals on time. The role demands strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial tender documents
  • Review RFQs, contracts, project specifications, and client requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams during tender preparation
  • Assist in cost estimation, pricing, and commercial proposal development
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders within defined deadlines
  • Support contract administration, variation orders, and related commercial documentation
  • Maintain organized records for tenders, contracts, and project correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments on tender clarifications and project requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tendering, contracts management, or commercial coordination
  • Experience working in offshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC, or engineering sectors is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of tendering procedures, procurement processes, and contract documentation
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools
