Hotel Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian nationals who are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry and gain valuable experience in a foreign country.

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily hotel operations and ensure that all departments are running smoothly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction through reviews and feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop promotional packages and attract new business
- Prepare financial reports and budgets for upper management

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid passport
- No prior experience required but must have a passion for hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Good understanding of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or holidays if needed
