Hotel Manager

Overview

Hotel Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract). We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager for a contract position in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in the hospitality industry while working in a thriving and culturally diverse city.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
• Manage budget and expenses effectively to meet financial goals.
• Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Plan and organize events or special promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

• Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk operations, housekeeping procedures, food and beverage services, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Experience in managing a diverse team of staff members from different cultural backgrounds is preferred.
