UX Designer (Malayalee) - Part Time (Al-Rayyan)

We are in need of a talented, creative and experienced UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Malayalee, you will be able to communicate effectively in English and bring your unique perspective to our projects. Your main responsibility will be to design user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience for our users.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work part-time without accommodation
• Immediate availability is preferred

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other visual assets
• Test prototypes with users to gather feedback and insights
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
