UX Designer

We are a rapidly growing tech company based in Al-Rayyan and we are currently seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team.

As a UX Designer you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. Your main goal will be to improve the overall user experience by understanding user needs, conducting research, and implementing design solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other team members to understand project requirements
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes and final designs for web and mobile applications
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms
• Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

• Bachelors degree in Design or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
• Understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present your ideas clearly

• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for prototyping purposes

• Salary 1500$ per month negotiable based on experience
