What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet‑related materials, including spare uniforms and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
• Ensure recovery and proper return of all company merchandise from 3PLs, including tracking, follow‑ups, and escalation in case of non‑compliance.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates to ensure consistent compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with other teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in a fleet or transport environment.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and supply procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
