Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance to ensure all camp facilities, rooms, and equipment are kept in good working condition. The role involves preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and regular inspections to maintain a safe, comfortable, and compliant living environment for residents.

• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on AC units, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure all equipment and property are well maintained and functioning properly.
• Identify safety hazards and follow health & safety standards.
• Keep records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with camp staff and external vendors when needed.

• Experience in maintenance, facility management, or camp accommodation.
• Knowledge of AC repair, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive upkeep.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts or respond to urgent issues.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or accommodation/camp operations.
• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Facility Maintenance, or a related technical field.
