House Manager for Luxury Residence in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residence in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the home, managing household staff, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.

• Oversee all aspects of household management including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household inventory
• Hire, train, schedule and manage household staff such as housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and maintenance workers
• Create and maintain household budgets for supplies and services
• Ensure that all household systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are properly maintained and in good working order
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs or renovations as needed
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary
• Plan and organize events or special occasions hosted at the residence
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of the family's personal life

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager or similar role in a high-end residential setting
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and experience managing housekeeping staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and vendors
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically able to perform basic household tasks if needed
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required
