Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer with a strong attention to detail and a background in hotel maintenance. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in the bustling city of Al-Rayyan and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our luxury hotel.

• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and painting
• Respond promptly to guest requests for room repairs or other maintenance issues
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed
• Assist with installation of new equipment or renovations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general building repairs
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and contractors

This is a full-time position based in Al-Rayyan. The typical work schedule is 40 hours per week, but flexibility is required for emergency situations.
