House Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

• Oversee all aspects of the household, including managing staff, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and maintaining household budget
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations, including housekeeping, cooking, and maintenance tasks
• Create and maintain detailed household schedules for all staff members
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of the property
• Plan and organize events or gatherings hosted at the household
• Manage household inventory and make necessary purchases as needed
• Communicate effectively with employer on any updates or changes within the household

• Prior experience working as a House Manager or similar role in a private household setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
• Ability to lead and manage a team of domestic staff members
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget management

This position offers a salary of $1600 per month, along with accommodation provided by the employer. The successful candidate will also receive free visa sponsorship and flight tickets.
