Employee Relations Coordinator (Superheroes Onboarding) Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and implementation of P&C initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage the renewal process for QIDs (Qatar IDs), ensuring timely submission and completion.
• Oversee the issuance and renewal of Health Cards and Health Certificates, adhering to legal requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of employee clearances and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Ops team to address performance-related issues of riders/drivers.
• Act as a liaison between Camp Supervisors, Camp Officers, and management to ensure smooth communication.
• Prepare and distribute P&C-related announcements, updates, and newsletters to camp personnel.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, induction schedules, and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
