House manager

We are hiring a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a household in Al-Rayyan As the House Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all household tasks and supervising the domestic staff This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month

• Manage and supervise all domestic staff including cleaners, cooks and drivers
• Create and maintain schedules for household tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and on time
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance repairs and deliveries as needed
• Keep track of household expenses and maintain budget control
• Oversee meal planning and grocery shopping
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the household at all times
• Handle any special requests or arrangements made by the family members or guests
• Provide assistance with event planning and organizing parties or gatherings at the household

• Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage domestic staff members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed
