Overview

Our bakery in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our team and ensure the production of high‑quality baked goods.

• Develop new recipes for baked goods and oversee the production process.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and supervise a team of bakers, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
• Monitor product quality to maintain consistency in taste, appearance and portion size.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate orders for events or special requests.
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and innovations in baking techniques.

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to create new recipes while maintaining consistency in product quality.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory levels and scheduling shifts effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Baker.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

$1600 per month.
