We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at a popular bakery in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts using traditional and modern techniques. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

• Must be Malayalee with a valid Qatar
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
• Shape dough into various forms such as loaves, rolls, or pastries
• Bake items in ovens or other heating equipment
• Decorate cakes and pastries with designs made from icing or other toppings
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust controls as needed
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
