Injection Molding Machine Operator

Ensure injection molding machines operate efficiently and produce parts meeting strict quality specifications by monitoring cycles and parameters. Perform routine preventative maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Conduct in-process quality checks including visual inspections and basic measurements to identify and address any deviations from standards. Safely and efficiently set up, operate and shut down injection molding machines including mold changes and material handling.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plastics technology or a related field is a significant plus. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and quality control procedures. Demonstrated ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot common operational issues.
