Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to lead our baking team in Al-Rayyan As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations including creating and testing recipes managing inventory and supplies training and supervising staff and ensuring high quality products are consistently delivered to our customers The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking with knowledge of various techniques and ingredients They should also possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month

• Create new recipes for baked goods as well as modify existing recipes to meet customer preferences or dietary restrictions
• Plan production schedules to ensure adequate supply of products at all times
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
• Train new employees on baking techniques food safety procedures and equipment operation
• Supervise baking team members providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Ensure all products meet high quality standards and are presented attractively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the baking process
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a baker or head baker in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques ingredients and equipment
• Ability to create new recipes from scratch as well as modify existing ones
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring high quality products are consistently produced
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays if necessary

• High School Diploma or equivalent required Culinary school degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker or head baker in a professional kitchen
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
