Head Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery, including creating and maintaining recipes, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

You must also have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, free visa and ticket provided for foreign candidates. Students with prior experience in baking are also encouraged to apply. Fluent English speaking skills are required for effective communication with the team.
