We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Art Director who is fluent in English to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position is open to both Pakistani and Malayalee candidates.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative content for various projects and campaigns. Your main focus will be on creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity.

This position is suitable for men who are passionate about creativity and have a strong eye for detail. Previous work experience is not required; we are open to fresh graduates or those without prior experience.

Please note that this job does not include accommodation; therefore we prefer candidates who are already based in Al-Rayyan or willing to relocate on their own.

• Developing creative concepts and designs for print, digital, and social media platforms
• Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project objectives and provide design solutions that meet their needs
• Creating high-quality visual content including graphics, illustrations, layouts, etc.
• Ensuring all designs are in line with brand guidelines and standards
• Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into design work

• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or marketing department
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, etc.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience working on English speaking markets is a plus
