Senior QA​/QC Inspector; Joinery

The Senior QA QC Engineer is responsible for leading and managing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within the joinery manufacturing facility The role ensures that all timber woodworks joinery furniture cabinetry veneer laminate and finishing works comply with project specifications client requirements international standards and company quality procedures The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in joinery production processes timber materials factory operations finishing works inspection procedures and team management The position will drive continuous improvement initiatives quality compliance process optimization and customer satisfaction across all manufacturing and installation activities

• Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior QA/QC role within joinery, woodworks, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out industries.
• Strong factory/manufacturing background is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC teams in a production environment.
• GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Additional quality management certifications will be an advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge of timber, woodworks, furniture, and joinery manufacturing.
• Expertise in wood finishing, polishing, veneer works, painting, and lamination.
• Extensive knowledge of joinery machinery, CNC processes, and production workflows.
• Experience in quality audits, inspections, NCR management, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to review technical drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and quality reporting tools.
