Executive Chef

Our upscale restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Egypt is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest level of culinary excellence.

• Develop and update menus in collaboration with management.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Oversee food production to ensure consistency and quality.
• Create daily specials using seasonal local ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Enforce health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest experience.

• Proven work experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have authorization to work in Egypt.
