What You’ll Get Your Hands On- Pick, Pack, Process Customer Orders as received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard
- Review orders vs products available and call customers if required to suggest alternative products
- Goods receiving, replenishment, updating stocks & conducting expiry checks; assisting in product cycle counts
- Stock inventory; assisting in purchases / procurement
- Set priorities that accurately reflect the importance of job responsibilities
- Be aware of quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational efficiency
- Coordinate well with support teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Minimum high school diploma, a certificate or diploma in Retail or Business Management is a plus.
- 1-3 years experience in supermarket
- Good organizational skills with the ability to support team activities.
- Understanding of supermarket operations, stock management, and merchandising.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and reporting.
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems).
